Verizon Wireless announced their plan for the new BlackBerry Tour expected to launch on July. Shortly after this, Sprint also confirmed that the BlackBerry Tour 9630 will be coming this summer for $199.99 after $150 in rebates with a 2 year contract.

So what’s with the BlackBerry Tour 9630? It supports high-speed 3G EV-DO Rev, have a 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus and a flash. It also has 2100MHz UMTS/HSPA and quadband GSM for international roaming use.

BlackBerry Tour’s other specifications include an HVGA 480 x 360 display, microSD card slot content with up to 16GB cards, a full QWERTY keyboard, measures 112mm x 62mm x 14.2mm and weighs 130g. No WiFi capability though, but there’s Bluetooth and GPS, plus a 3.5mm headphone jack. Unlike Verizon that doesn’t provide more details about this product, Sprint loads the Tour with their music store, mobile TV, NFL and NASCAR apps.

The BlackBerry Tour has full HTML web browser, including support for streaming audio and video. It includes the usual mobile solution for email, messaging (IM, SMS, MMS) and social networking together with built-in GPS and advanced multimedia capabilities, enabling customers to make the most of both their personal and professional time.
