The southeastern region of Turkey was hit by a massive earthquake early on Monday, March 8, 2010. The quake was recorded to be 6.0 magnitude and hit mostly rural part of the country. So far, 57 people have been killed with dozens more who are injured according to the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet Daily News.

Three Tesla Motors employees were killed in a tragic plane crash which happened on Wednesday, around 8 in the morning in East Palo Alto, the electric car maker’s chief executive said in a statement.

Former President Bill Clinton was rushed to a hospital in New York City Thursday, where he underwent a procedure to have two stents placed in a coronary artery.
