Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
J.K. Rowling and Harry Potter Series fanatic out there are both thrilled and teased for the new Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince trailer. The trailer premiered earlier this evening both in AOL and Yahoo around 9pm EST. The news spread rapidly that the movie will be released on July 15 instead of July 17. That’s two days earlier than the original date. The original schedule was supposed to be last November 2008, moved to December 08 then again postponed to July 09. But no matter, Harry Potter will always be worth the wait.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is directed by David Yates. In this movie, Harry, Ron and Hermione are more experienced, wiser and let’s say, are more interested to the opposite sex. They are on their sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and Harry came across a book that will help know more about Lord Voldemort’s part and soon will be the key to Voldemort’s defeat.
There a number of changes from the book in the film like it’s ending and some part of the story were removed. David Heyman, producer of the movie, commented that the end battle was removed to “avoid repetition” with the forthcoming adaptation of Deathly Hallows.
We might have read all the books but seeing it in action is totally different. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is only three months away. It will be a blockbuster movie.
