Who is the best, the greatest pound for pound fighter? Floyd Mayweather, Jr.? I don’t think so. It’s more like a Manny Pacquiao with a 10 to 8 difference. Yes we all know that Mayweather has proven that he is one tough guy but hey, Manny’s records are more convincing than his.

Remember Mayweather’s fight with the Golden boy Oscar? He only won by split decision, of course a win is a win, but what about Manny? He made Oscar look old, made him surrender, took the challenge to the next level and fought head on. Mayweather’s fight with Oscar on the other hand wasn’t that good. Oscar stood his ground, won one of the judges to his side but still lost cause his all wasn’t enough.

Let’s go to the Hatton vs. Mayweather fight. Ricky was, well he is what he is. He boxed hard and fought Mayweather with his best, he scored his rounds too but his skills weren’t just enough. Mayweather won on the tenth round, not that surprising but also not that exceptional. Manny out boxed, out powered and devastated Hatton. Poor Hatton never stood a chance against Pacman’s power punches and overwhelming speed. The round ended at round two, with Hatton clearly dazed to still remember where he is. That was an exceptionally surprising fight. Hatton was the bigger guy but Manny was the best guy in boxing.

So there you go, you be the judge, everyone can. But until the fight between these two veteran fighters start my vote goes to Manny. He has shown that he is the best, convincingly. Mayweather may be tough but he won’t stand a chance. Manny “Pacman” is way better.
