The Path is a short horror computer game developed by the Tale of Tales for Microsoft on March 18, 2009 and later Mac OS X. It looks like Little Red Riding Hood but with a twist of fright.
At the beginning of the game, the player can choose and control one of the six sisters living in an apartment in the city, Robin, Rose, Ginger, Ruby, Carmen and Scarlet. Each character has their own unique personality and affects how the game will flow. Once you selected a character, the game begins and is instructed to “Go to Grandmother’s house and stay on the path.”
If you stay on “the path”, you’ll arrive at Grandmother’s house safe and sound but where’s the fun in there right? If you choose adventure and want to wander and explore the foggy, mysterious forest, you’ll come across places and item, items that will have place in Grandmother’s House. If you’ll encounter the big bad wolf then the ending will change. You’ll still wake up in Grandma’s house but soon, will be back in your apartment but the character you played will no longer be there.
