Great news for all Twilight fanatics because Twilight casts are coming to the city near you with their own Twilight Convention. Summit Entertainment, in partnership with Creation Entertainment, is to create a series of Twilight Saga fan conventions to be held around the country over the next three years. So you don’t have to travel far just for a chance to get a glimpse of your favorite vampires.
The convention will kick off on August 28-30 at the Hilton Parsippany Hotel in Parsippany, N.J. There will be on-stage appearances by “Twilight” celebrities, autograph sessions, photo sessions, a celebrity banquet, musical performances, costume and trivia competitions, auctions, a cocktail party with the stars, panels, games, Guitar Hero, and much much more.
The next scheduled convention will be at Westin O’Hare, Chicago on October 2-4, The Hilton Miami Downtown, Miami on January 8-20, Westin Seattle, Seattle on January 15-17, Gaylord Opreyland Resort & Hotel, Nashville on January 29-31, and Hyatt Regency SF Airport, San Francisco on February 12-14, 2010.

On a separate occasion, the Fantasy Twilight Tour of Twilight Saga EyeCon will start on September 25-27 at The Florida Hotel and Conference Center, 1500 Sand Lake Road, Orlando. There’s a confirmed appearance of Ashley Greene (Alice Cullen), Alex Meraz, the hot new werewolf, Justin Chon (Eric Yorkie), Gil Birmingham (Billy Black), and Edi Gathegi (Laurent).
